WHAT IS INCLUDED

The tour price includes visits and excursions in the itinerary with an English speaking guide, entry permit and fees, transport, overnight accommodation and meals as stated in the itinerary .

It does not include visas, insurance, excess baggages,laundry, drinks, souvernirs, medication,tips or porterage for your personal effects

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

Outside the town areas, accommodation is usually very simple. It is often necessary to share a forest shelter or park hut with other groups. At longhouse quests usually sleep on the communal veranda. Meals are provided by our own staff. We can cater for most diets provided the reques is amde in good time.

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY

While we try to keep the published itinerary as closely as possible. Changes may be made to cope with new transport schedules or opening hours, bad weather, or other factors where overnight accommodation of a similar standard will be provided. If the alternative itinerary or accommodation is at a substantially lower standard, you may be entitled to a refund of part of the tour price paid.

INSURANCE

Travellers should be adequaely inusred for illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation or curtailment your travel agent can offer you a comprehensive holiday insurance policy.

RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Certain risks are inherent in jungle trekking and river travel. You re required to follow the instruction of our staff concerning safetly precautions. We will not be responsible for any delay, loss, damage, injury, sickness or death occuring in connection with the tour

IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

You should ensure that you have the necessary documentation to enter the country: check the details with your travel agent. No refund can be made if your participantion in the tour is limited by immigration, police or other official bodies.

CONTRACT

The contract shall be between the customer and the owner and will not exist until the signed booking form lisiting all members of the party, together with 25% deposit have been  received within 2 working days of the customer making the proviional booking. If booking less than 4 weeks before the holiday, the full cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.

For all booking made within 14 days of booking start date, the full amount due MUST be paid by cash on arrival at the property and before entering the property.

CANCELLATION

If the customer is forced to cancel the holida before the holiday start dte because of serious injury, death, or serious illness of themselves or a close relative, such as a parent, or any member of the holiday party. The following shall appy:

• If forced to cancel more than 1 month the holiday start date and after payment of the deposit the deposit will be refunded
• If less than 1 month before the holiday start date then full holiday amount paid will be forfeit.

In any of the above cases, notification must be made to the owner with the appropriate medical certificate.
