Itinerary
Day 1 Depart Miri to Mulu and visit Deer and Lang's Cave . Wait for evening bat flight.
Day 2 Visit Wind and Clearwater Cave. Swim and picnic lunch. Travel by boat to Long Lutut and trek through the rainforest to camp 5
Day 3 Ascend Mt Api to the Pinnacles at the view point
Day 4 Trek through the Kayan Old Road "The Headhunter Trail to Terikan and catch the longboat to Iban Longhouse
Day 5 Travel by boat to Medamit and overland by van to Limbang town.
